oscit library working on Linux

Hi there !

I am happy to announce that the current (pre-alpha) version of oscit
library now compiles and runs fine on both Mac OS X and Linux. The
build process is handled by CMake so it should not be too hard to
continue the porting for windows.

Now that I can have instances of oscit running on different computers,
I will try to embed oscit inside an elphel camera (http://elphel.com),
a GPL camera that I want to control with osc. These experiments with
the library and building mimas (GUI for rubyk) should help finalize
the API for oscit as difficulties and needs arise.
