new version starts to run and question

Hi List !

I am glad tell you that after 6 months of complete rewrite and the
creation of a new multi purpose library and protocol (oscit), rubyk is
back on its legs.

I still have some difficulties telling readline to exit (SIGTERM does
not seem to work).

Any idea on how to quit a readline thread from another one since
pthread_kill does not seem to work (term handler is never called).

I created a simple test file to illustrate the problem:
