I have began to play with my new overo, and I have hacked to make
oscit build in openembedded. The binary run fine and the zeroconf
announcement worked.
I had some problems with libstdc++.so.6 that was not present on the
default console image, so I've just copied it from the OE build folder.
I also need to add rc script and some polish, but it work ! So sexy to
be able to detect it with Mimas and to appreciate the slider sync
joy :-)
But I am not sure yet on the clean way to install liboscit... will it
stay a static library ? Should I directly make a rubyk recipe instead
of a liboscit + rubyk recipes ?
For now I have just copied the beatbox binary on the over filesystem..
And also, it is realy too soon to talk to much about that, but what
are the main dependencies of mimas except juce ?
More soon !
Bye
Quentin
Cool for the gumstix !
Since a lot of the code is in the headers in oscit, it does not make
sense to create a dynamic library and usually there won't be many
oscit applications on a single device...
As for mimas: I have not started to work on the linux port yet but
starting with the juce example should be a good idea...
