Day-to-Day
We are looking for a Ruby Developer. This individual will also have
the opportunity to learn/use other technologies such as html, css,
javascript, PHP. The client uses pairing for development and believes
in a strong diverse team. This individual would serve as the expert of
the team and would be expected to teach other members of the team

-Provide meaningful testing implementations.
-Provide production support.
-Participate in planning meetings and software releases.
-Share knowledge and stay atop industry trends.
-Design, modify, develop, implement and support applications.
-Ensure all work is fully covered by tests.
-Employ the right technology for the best solution approach
-Able to perform a variety of complicated tasks.
-Able to lead and direct the work of others.
-Team player and willing to work in a pairing environment
-Provide architecturally sound software applications.

Must Haves
-Ruby and PHP experience (course work or work experience)
-Strong web technology (HTML, CSS, Javascript) knowledge.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
-Application technology agnostic.
-Must be familiar with a variety of industry concepts, practices and
procedures
-Must be the type of technologist who applies the right technology for
the solution versus forcing a solution through a technology
-The client uses pairing for development and believes in a strong
diverse team- must be comfortable working in a pairing environment.
-BS degree in Computer Science or related field from four-year college
or university;
- object oriented analysis/design
