Y'all seem to be much better plugged in to Web 2.0 apps than I am, so let's see if you can help me out. I'm trying to find an app that will help me coordinate my family's calendar. I want to be able to see my calendar and my wife's overlaid on one screen, in different colors so I can tell whose events are whose. I want my wife to be able to access the calendar, add events to mine, etc., and I want to be able to add events to hers.

Here's where it gets a little bit tricky. My calendar currently is on an Exchange, and I use Entourage 2008 as the client. That's non-negotiable. I have Sync Services installed, so my calendar syncs to iCal. So, whatever calendar app I use has to sync with either Entourage or iCal. I also sync with my BlackBerry against BES, if that helps. My wife currently has nothing, so it doesn't have to sync with anything for her (bonus, though, if it syncs to a Sidekick LX).

I've looked at a few, and none I've found seem to be able to do what I need. Cozi, for example, would work if I were using Outlook.

Any thoughts or ideas? Are any of you doing anything like this already? This can be free or payware.

What about the google calendar? I signed my domain up for the free google apps and my wife and I can share our calendars. Plus syncing with iCal is trivial. And they have a new mobile interface that should allow access via any web enabled phone.

Excellent. I'm all set up now. I used Spanning Sync to sync iCal with Google Calendar (http://spanningsync.com/). Thanks for your help!
