Hey Folks,

A few months ago Jim gave a DCI talk to the CVREG. At that time he
indicated he was writing a book about DCI within the context of Ruby.
Well, in case you didn't already know, he released the beta version
today. I highly recommend it.

I quickly purchased a copy and dove in, morning coffee in hand. For me
it helped crystallize DCI. And, now, I feel better prepared when
talking about DCI, especially on its use in Rails applications.

Does DCI solve every problem? Probably not. But given the current
chatter on developing better Rails applications, it's a good tool to
have in your tool belt. And given the concept transcends language
and/or technology: it's a good tool to have in your tool belt.

After final release, I can definitely see this as a Book Club kind of
book; maybe better would be Book + Hacking Club book. Who's in?
