this list with Google Group.

what about :

or :

[rb-eu] ?

any suggestion ?

Well it can be [rubyists-eu]
or [rubyists.eu]
as well...

Giving it a second thought, you're making a point in name consistency.
I'd choose [rubyists-eu].
