Hello everyone,

I open also this thread to discuss about the rules that
will be handled this list and to see if you agree with me :

- It's not a technical list on Ruby, in the sense, if you need
help on Ruby or Rails, you should put your questions in
international lists like Ruby-Talk or Rails-Talk, or your
local ruby user group mailing-list.

- The common language used here will be english, to make
sure everyone can understand everyone's else messages.

- People can announce their Ruby-related events (that take place in Europe)
on this list. Please put a [ANN] tag on your subject.

It could be meet-ups, Ruby conferences, BarCamps, Conferences
with a Ruby section (like FOSDEM), workshops (like the ones
from David Black)

- Call for papers for Ruby-related event can be announced here.
maybe the tag should be [ANN][CFP]

- You can post request for (informal) meet-up, such as :

"Hey I will stay 2 days in Dublin, It would be nice if I can
meet some rubyists to talk and drinks beer. Anyone interested?"

- We can also discuss here about the rubyists.eu website

That's the first rules I'm thinking at the moment

Thoughts and comments are welcomed !

Straight-forward and obvious. I'm fine with these rules.

I've one simple rule to add to this list: "No matter what, one should
always have utmost respect for the other."
