Cant download DevKit-tdm-32-4.5.2-20111229-1559-sfx.exe

Ive been trying to find any mirrors because when trying to dowload from https://github.com/oneclick/rubyinstaller/downloads/ or from http://rubyinstaller.org/downloads/ or http://cdn.rubyinstaller.org/archives/devkits/DevKit-tdm-32-4.5.2-20111229-1559-sfx.exe does not work.

I had no issues downloading this package from my phone on both cdn and GitHub.

Please note that both the cdn and GitHub are powered by Amazon cloudfront. It is likely your connection, proxy or something might be blocking it.
