Ruby Install on CygWin

Windows 10, Ruby RVM

When running the command in CygWin: rvm install <ruby version>
I get:

Any ideas? Seems like it's looking for a binary.

Fixed. Add  C:\cygwin64\usr\bin to PATH in system variables, then restart cygwin.
