Proposal Review?

Dear Ruby developers,

Hello! I've recently submitted a preliminary proposal for my GSOC application, focusing on the "Add eager loading to action view" project. As somebody who uses Rails daily, this is an extremely interesting project to me, and I'd love to work on implementing it this summer.

Is there any way I could get somebody involved with selection to quickly look over my proposall? This is my first time applying to the GSOC, and I wasn't sure how much information I need to include.
