[GSOC 2019] Willing to contribute MRI (Matz Ruby Interpreter)

Hi everyone, I am Avinash Tiwary, 4th year graduate from BIT Mesra, India. I have good command over C. And I am getting my hands on ruby. I want to help and contribute on "Improve packing algorithm for binary file" for better pre compilation support .

I have some questions. I will be grateful, if someone can help me.

I am not familiar with the project that you mention. You may have more luck checking the Bundler/RubyGems Slack (join at slack.bundler.io), or contacting the people listed as potential mentors on the project directly.
