I am Anshuman Chhabra, a junior undergraduate at the University of Delhi. I've got a lot of programming experience (in MATLAB, C++, Java, Python, Ruby), and have three IEEE conference accepted papers in projects related to the Cloud, Machine Learning and Wireless Mobile networks. However, I would like to give back to the open source community which is indispensable for my everyday working and programming. Ruby is by far my favourite programming language and it would be a pleasure to be able to contribute.
I would like to know where I can start helping out. Are there any open issues that I can help with?
