Show last update time of gems

Hi,

I think it's a good idea to also show the time a gem was last updated in search results so people can also see which gems are currently active, and give newer gems a fair chance of acknowledgement. Older gems can be mature enough to not be updated often, but there's also a fair possibility that newer gems have better implementation or better features. So showing both popularity and last time of activity would balance it out.

I think you perfectly pointed out the reason why this isn't done: "Older gems can be mature enough to not be updated often". 

I believe that you cannot have a solution as you propose that would work well for both new & old gems.

Yes, I mentioned that ahead because I was expecting it as a counter-argument, but then as I said it is not balanced out. Activity of the gem should also be exposed, as older gems may not always be mature, but abandoned. And like I said newer gems can also have better implementation and features. So showing both popularity and last time of activity would balance it out.
