command:
sudo gem install sqlite3

error:

ERROR: While executing gem ... (Gem::RemoteFetcher::FetchError) bad response Forbidden 403 (https://api.rubygems.org/quick/Marshal.4.8/sqlite3-1.5.3-x64-unknown.gemspec.rz)

environment:
Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS (GNU/Linux 4.15.0-163-generic x86_64)
