Mango Languages is a rapidly expanding digital language learning company, focusing on bringing foreign languages to life for each and every customer. Mango Languages learning programs are currently available to over 80 million people worldwide. We are currently looking to expand into new and exciting markets, and in order to do so, need a dynamic Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team.
About you:
Being extremely entrepreneurial, you dove into the Ruby world because you knew it was the next “big thing” and you needed to be there in order to survive and advance. Writing code that is of the highest quality is second nature to you. You can easily see the larger picture (strategic) but also have the ability to deliver superior Ruby projects (tactical). You have a thorough understanding of how to build systems and system architecture. Databases (MySQL), Open source software, Agile, you know what these are all about. And most importantly, you don’t wait around for the next assignment, you seek it out.
What you will do:
Become an integral part of our development team, creating and enhancing web based applications that are built on Ruby technology. Partner with creative team to ensure what they promise can be delivered actually can. Work on large scale projects that include several new program/product launches over the next 3-6 months. Drive the growth of Mango Languages from a tech perspective.
