#ruby.ie IRC channel

There's been a bit of consistent activity on the Ruby Ireland IRC
channel over the last couple of months, which is #ruby.ie on
irc.freenode.net

It's too early to say whether this marks the red shoots of recovery
for our Ruby IRC channel. But it's a good time to drop in and say
hello - especially if you live outside The Pale and find it tricky to
make it to the meetups.

The main hours of IRC activity at the moment are 9am-5pm. It's a full time job!
