Web designer wanted!! alive and kicking!

We're looking for a web designer to work with us on igopeople.com.

Initially on a long-term, part-time basis. Suiting someone who
freelances or wants to get into freelancing - but want/need some
decent stable income.

It would also be a great opportunity for someone with design skills
that wants to learn ruby/rails.
