How to load weights from a file?

I see there is a fann_set_weight function in
http://leenissen.dk/fann/html/files/fann-h.html#fann_set_weight

But not in http://ruby-fann.rubyforge.org/rdoc/ .

Is there a way to load weights from a (csv) file?

I can see it might be possible to modify a saved fann file, but this
doesn't seem very robust.
