I'm not able to launch TextMate from Terminal

Hi all,

I downloaded TextMate (using a MacBook Pro) but am unable to load
TextMate from the terminal window.

Michael-Whartons-MacBook-Pro:my_game MichaelWharton$ mate.
-bash: mate.: command not found

is what happens when I try to follow that instruction. Please tell me
how I can work around/solve this.

You need to put a space after mate and the dot

> mate <space> .

where the dot means the current working directory. So make sure you "cd" to the project directory you want to open in textmate
