Where are the collaborative playlists?

In running the examples, I notice that collaborative playlists do not seem to show up in the list of a user's published playlists. Is there some other way to access collaborative playlists?

Looking in the Spotify client, it appears collaborative *cannot* be published. If you go to your

profile, and edit your published playlists, there’ll be a note next to any collaborative playlists

confirming this.

Now, since they are not published, I would assume the only way to retrieve such a playlist is

by knowing it’s URI, unless you have it in your own users playlist container (in which case, I

would assume you could retrieve the playlist by iterating through the container).
