I hope that posting a job offer here won't be taken as breaking rules. I represent small (30+ employees) and really cosy Rails shop operating in Kraków, Poland. We are the software craftsmans who have brought Rails to Poland, who have started first university course on Rails in the whole country, who did first commercial project in Rails even before 1.0 was released. We value quality, transparency and our employees' needs.
