Por si alguien le interesa la oferta es para trabajo remoto en el DF o Querétaro.

3+ years developing on Facebook
4+ years using web technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, JQuery, HTML.
3+ years developing on Ruby on Rails.
Someone working in Mexico will be fine. If this person really is a rockstar, then being here won't be that important - communicating over email with code reviews will suffice. I would say the same thing with regards to the language requirement: if they really know what they are doing, being able to speak English really well won't be that important. They will need to be able to read and understand english well so that our engineers can communicate with them over email. Responsiveness over email will be huge.

As for requirements:
- They should have coded and launched at least one FB app previously
- RoR, CSS, and JavaScript are most important
