Shrine 2.19.0 released

I've just released Shrine 2.19.0, with the following highlights:

• new instrumentation plugin
• convenient shorthands for validation & metadata extraction
• ability to skip or force metadata extraction in Shrine#upload

This has been the last 2.x version, the next version is going to be 3.0.
