Feature: parse from an IO object

Instead of calling Spreadsheet.open(file_path) for something on the filesystem or a remote URI, I would like to read a file that's already loaded. Does anyone have thoughts on adding this to Roo? (I could have a look at doing it if it makes sense.)

I'm new to this project, is github/empact the "official" repo? Is there an issue tracker?
