[ANN] New Ruport Book Content Available (rope)

The rope cheatsheet is mostly taken straight from the README that rope
now generates, but is now worked into HTML form with some minor
changes.

Going into draft later today is an article on Ruport::Report, which
you can expect to see hit the website next Thursday. We're still
welcoming reviewers / editors, so if you're interested, mail me and
let me know.

Also, as usual, we're still happy to accept donations to the Ruby
Reports Documentation Effort mooching bag, turns out this stuff takes
up a lot of free time. ;)
