Ramping up reek development

In case anyone in this group is interested, Kevin and I are currently
ramping up development again on reek. Our first few focuses are:
Stabilization (travis-ci building on ruby 1.8.7 and 1.9.2 and
remembering how reek's build process works)
Pulling the semantic parse tree code out as a separate gem
Adding a hook for people to be able to define their own code smells
I've also gone through all the open issues in the repository,
retagging and closing a few. Please let me know if there are any that
you particularly would like to see us look at or do something
different with. Thanks!
