Ruby 1.9.1 compatibility

Hi,
As of release 1.1.3.13 Reek is compatible with the following Ruby versions:

* 1.8.6
* 1.8.7
* 1.9.1

In this case, “compatibility” means that all of Reek’s unit tests and
acceptance tests pass on each of those platforms, as verified by
running the tests on Ubuntu Linux. See
