Required Skills for Production Support
· Experience with Murex Environment management is a must
· Managing Murex Environments as part of a Murex Migration 31 upgrade migration run the bank
· The person is expected to troubleshoot Infrastructure application issues noticed on the monitoring or raised by users work on granting the access to environments and other requests
· Review existing infrastructure software configuration management processes
· Redesign existing processes
· Ensure hardware software requirements are met to handle Murex releases
· Monitoring of applications and EOD batches in SIT UAT and Production
· Ensure smooth handover to BAU team post releases
· Technical skills required are Linux Shell Scripting Database SybaseSQL
Required Skills for Backoffice Support
