OT: Wanted: design for simple website

I'm looking for someone who can quickly make a good looking design for a
very simple website, to be implemented in a Rails CMS. The design can be
delivered in Gimp or PSD format.
If you can, or know someone, I'd much appreciate if you could let me know :)
