November meetup

We'll do things differently this time. Following the recent Startup
Weekend Manila theme, we'll do a "No Talk, All Meetup" meetup.

Yep, no talks. Or, to put it in another way, lots of mini talks all at
the same time.

What can we do during the meetup?
1. Discuss code. If you're stuck in a problem, or would like to hear
the opinion of your PhRUG peers in a piece of code, bring code
printouts (Just kidding. Bring a laptop!) and have PhRUG swarm in on
the problem.

2. Discuss more code. Want to show something new you've discovered?
Something you're very fond of? Like Spinach, for example. Bring a
laptop and show it in action.

3. Or, we can just play Heroes of Might and Magic 6 while drinking
beer.

Hi Rad,

Would definitely want to come down to Manila and show my current work on a cucumber refactoring, but I'll be at Mankayan, Benguet this Thursday. Maybe next month? :)

Too bad I'm not in town, interesting to see the shift in focus. I
really hope you get a good turnout. IMO that's the true spirit of
meetups, people meeting other people, not just listening to a talk and
going home.

Best of luck to hopefully a meetup which is just the first of many.

Guys, am from Bangalore, and recently came to Manila. Would love to meet ruby folks here. But the weekdays kinda get hectic. It will be really helpful if the meetups could be arranged on weekends. May be Sunday afternoon or evening. Any specific reason why we don't do that?
