Microsourcing is looking for:

Ruby on Rails Developer

-To work on various Ruby on Rails development projects for a site which is 70% built.
We are on the look out for a talented Ruby on Rails developer to join our team and assist in the development of a site, which is due to launch shortly in a growing market. We have several new applications / functionality we need developed and implemented to the site.

-This role will involve receiving development instructions from the senior developer, creating the applications and uploading them to a repository to be integrated in to the site.

-Please note that candidates will be required to complete a short sample project upon progressing to the interview stage to evaluate their capabilities.

Requirements

Ruby on Rails (v3.1+) & Ruby (v1.9+)
MySQL (v5+) database
HTML5 & CSS3
Javascript & jQuery
Git distributed version control system
Linux (Pref Red hat)
Plesk
Additional Skills (Desired):
Experience with Github and gitflow
PostgreSQL
PSD to HTML slicing
