I realized today that I haven't advertised the existence of this group
anywhere, so I guess it's no wonder no one has every posted to it. To
that end, I added it to the README, to the initial Bitbucket project
page, and mentioned it via the Google+ ruby-pg page.
Hopefully this will help cut down on the anonymous tickets opened by
people that need help troubleshooting their installations.
