PostgreSQL 10 support?

Are any changes needed to support PostgreSQL 10? Are there known changes or limitations?

It fails a few specs, but I've been running with it for several personal
projects for a couple of days now with no problems. I'm working on
fixes for the failing specs, and they don't seem like they’re
indicative of a problem that will affect most people.

There is one additional function in libpq's API (PQencryptPasswordConn)
which I do want to add support for, but if I’m reading the release
notes correctly most of the other stuff (connection string additions,
mostly) should just work.

Please do open an issue if you give it a try and notice anything amiss.
