Maintenance release ruby-pdns 0.3.1

I've uploaded a maintenance release of the 0.3 branch to Google Code today.
Version 0.3 was a release focused on getting the main features out there and get some feedback as a result error handling were not as good as it could have been. The release also fixes one serious bug with the GeoIP module.
This maintenance release wraps the main loop in an exception block and prints errors to the log file, presumably it could at least write to the log file. The next major release - 0.4 - has a focus on improving the robustness of the code in many cases and will have much better handling of errors both in record logic and in the framework.

Release focus: Bug fixes and improved error handling
* The GeoIP code ignored the configured path to the geoip data and so blew
up pretty badly, code is now more robust in handling errors and uses the
config. Thanks Christian Keil for the bug report. #20
* The main loop now has some exception handling and will log a backtrace when
it dies, this should help with debugging. Thanks Christian Keil for
the bug report. #21
