No windows installer for Ruby 1.8.7?

Hi,
I am looking at upgrading to Rails 2.2 and it recommends Ruby 1.8.7. I
am currently on Ruby 1.8.5. Problem is there is no one click installer
for 1.8.7 on Windows.

Anyone know if one is in the works? Also, does anyone know if there is
any reason why I shouldn't upgrade to 1.8.7? Last I checked several
months ago, it wasn't stable but it seems to be now from what I can
tell.
