Stand-alone folder with ruby application

Hello!

What is the best way to make stand-alone folder (not self-extracting-exe) for ruby/sinatra/datamapper/sqlite application by OCRA?

I've get source-tmp folder by "--debug-extract" key, what is the proper way to start ruby application with env-path to gems? (bat file)

Then, I want to distribute this folder-application by InnoSetup packaging.
