OCRA collecting multiple directories in C:\WINDOWS\Temp

I have a script that runs every so often to monitor a status of a program on a Windows server. The OCRA program is collecting temp files in C:\WINDOWS\Temp and continuously growing. I imagine they would be cleared out with a reboot of the server, however, I cannot reboot the server because it is in production, and the only one of its type. Am I safe to just delete the temp files for OCRA and clear the space?
