Ruby on Rails Tutorial .PDF Discount/Free Printed Book when in print (with clarification)

Clarification: I am NOT interested in the free html version (http://
railstutorial.org/book) because the free html version does not have
the ability to bookmark which is a pain to keep track of where you are
at....
Does anyone know if Ruby Nuby's have a discount code for the "Ruby on
Rails Tutorial" .PDF download? It is $39.00 which is kind of expensive
for a .PDF download.
Also, wasn't there something on RuNu meetup.com about RuNu members
getting the book free when published?
