In case you haven't seen this yet, there are a few subcommittees that could use your help. Check out
the sign up form.
The meet up in a box team will create documents and put together a start up kit for folks interested in starting a new Ruby meetup.
The Meet Up Team will be responsible for creating a Ruby meetup directory, reaching out to organizers, organizing a regular get together for organizers, and creating some sort of "heartbeat protocol" so that checkins happen on a regular basis.
The Sponsorship team will be responsible for investigating a fiscal sponsorship and creating sponsorship documents, lists for new meetups or meetups who need financial support.
