No need to refund the ticket, add it to the beer money & hopefully someone on the wait list can make good use of the ticket.

Alas, we cannot keep handling ticket reallocations indefinitely because we've got to print the badges, and the deadline was around 1pm today[1].

If you can find someone else to take your ticket (tweet and we'll happily retweet and wait for you to confirm who you're designating) then we'll do our best to handle it, but your benefactor might need to change their name to Richard for the day. If you find someone, please get in touch with guv...@rubymanor.org directly.

Otherwise we'll adopt our standard policy of fashioning a 'Guy'[2]-style effigy of you from old clothes and straw, to sit in the chair you would've sat in for the presentations, and to then burn during the afternoon break, to the wide-eyed horror of everyone involved.

Yep saw that, all was well until family issues kicked in this afternoon and turns out I'll be in Manchester for longer than planned.
