ruby-llvm 3.1 beta pushed

Hi all,

It's been a while, but I've merged some outstanding pull requests, and a new contribution from Juan Wajnerman upgrading ruby-llvm to LLVM 3.1. The tests are now all passing with LLVM 3.1 on my MacBook running Mountain Lion.

You can install the new version yourself with

    $ gem install ruby-llvm --pre

Let me know what you think. This isn't a proper release, but a preview of the latest changes from our community.
