Store/use local copy of json draft-* schema

On some environments, we have problems with requests to http://json-schema.org/draft-06/schema# consistently failing.

The schema is already stored in resources/ in any case. Is it possible to avoid any outgoing calls and just use it? If yes, what should be done?
