Where to get msf/core library for windows?

Where to get msf/core library for windows? I tried installing the ruby development kit and this library doesn't come along with this kit. Even Metaspoilt framework also doesn't have such libraries. I need to run Ruby programs.

dude its metaexploit core u should download it from githum "https://github.com/rapid7/metasploit-framework"
