Looking for Graphic Designer

Hey Everyone,
I'm a Rails Developer looking to find a Graphic Designer to help
design a site for myself. I am thinking of doing something simple and
fun having an animated character of myself on the page. I am not a
very creative person so im looking to find someone who is. If anyone
is interested I would like to know your rates see some sample work. I
am starting my own business on the side to do some freelance work, and
may need to outsource some more design work in the future if things
work out. Thanks.
