Is there a faster way to reload a rackup app than guard-rack?

guard-rack is quite slow, when it needs to reload all files and mount server.

I tried to load my files manually and remount them (on before/after), but it doesn't work (not showing new content from changed files).

I'm not using Rails, just serving with rackup (and Puma).

Zeus is for Rails projects only, so it seems (I've used it before).
