[ruby-fs-stack] Upgrade to 0.5.1 gem

If you already received this message, please excuse the double
posting. Some members of the group didn't ever see this message.
Anyone using the ruby-fs-stack gem in production may have a broken
application due to certificate verification failing. Any version of
the ruby-fs-stack gem <= 0.5.0 will have an old CA certificate file
that doesn't work with a newly deployed FamilySearch SSL certificate.
Version 0.5.1 fixes this problem by including a better certificate
file.
If you do not wish to update the gem, you could manually update the
file in lib/ruby-fs-stack/assets/entrust-ca.cert with the contents of:
http://curl.haxx.se/ca/cacert.pem
