Maybe handle_throttling should be renamed something easier, like
"sleep_and_retry_when_throttled"?

Really good suggestion. Can you add that to the issue tracker? I would
implement it so that the handle_throttling option can still be used,
but it would be deprecated. I also think I need to provide an option
to specify a sleep_interval. Currently the sleep is hardcoded at 15
seconds.
