Whitespace not normalized for UK postcodes

Hi, just noticed that the whitespace is not normalized for UK postcodes. Example:

2.0.0-p247 > Faker::Address.postcode
 => "R3V  9JY"

Not really a big issue, but it actually messes up my client-side form validation. Good thing there is squeeze(' ')

Just wanted to report it here - should this be an issue on GitHub?
