ruby-dicom 0.9.7 released!

Hello everyone!

Im happy to announce that ruby-dicom gem version 0.9.7 has been released. Considering that the previous release was some 2.5 years ago, I guess it was definately time for a new release.

As usual over the last releases, the changes are fairly small, mainly:

-Some breaking changes to the Anonymizer class to make it more robust and able to easily handle anonymization of thousands of files without memory issues.

-Updated the DICOM Dictionary to the current version (2016).

-Some bugfixes.

Im afraid there is now specific work being done on worklist query at the moment. Its somewhat of a pity, as its probably just a minor patch that is required to get this working.
